Cancellation and Return

We hope you love your purchase from Cuteeli, however, if you have any concerns please email us with your order number at hello@cuteeli.com.

You can withdraw your order by contacting us before the products are sent. If you would like to return or exchange any item please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging, tags. The responsibility for the item and the delivery cost of its return is yours.

We can only accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from our website Cuteeli.com If you purchased from one of our stockists please contact them directly.

The return address for return or exchanges we will send you in response letter from hello@cuteeli.com.

Please use a secure delivery method to guarantee safe return delivery. Refunds are credited to the account that made the original purchase. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded.
